Dean turned professional in 1999 and played the Sunshine Tour for many years and have been very fortunate to have played around the world, in the US, Europe and many parts of Africa.

Dean played the game at all levels: interprovincials, scratch leagues and had a few amateur wins and even a few professional wins over the years. He is the 2023 order of Merit title holder for our SA Club Pro PGA tournaments.

His teaching career spans 25+ years.
